On-line Registration: When you fill out and submit an on-line registration form, the information you provide is managed by DonnellysClothing.com's Site Administrator. The Site Administrator uses your information to establish or maintain your Secure On-line Account. Registering as an on-line user helps us provide a better shopping experience for you. Registration is necessary when using DonnellysClothing.com to purchase uniform's of a School or Business Account with specific or unique items.
Check Out: During the final stages of placing an order, we ask for credit card information to pay for your selected products. The information you provide at this point is protected by 128-bit SSL encryption. Your credit card will be used for the current transaction only.
Your Information: We WILL NOT share or sell any part of your account information to anyone for any reason. We WILL use your account information internally for reasons related to serving you better. 
- Returns and Exchanges are allowed for plain garments within 30 days of receipt of product. Any item delivered incorrectly or is defective will be replaced with the correct item at our expense. Items which are unique, have been custom made, or have been monogrammed cannot be returned for either refund nor exchange. Please be sure of your sizes before ordering an item like this.
- Once an account has established their uniform requirements and clothing selections with us, customers can register and order from that accounts' Custom Catalog.
On-Line ordering from our Open Catalogs is available to everyone. Some Custom Catalogs do not require prior customer registration. Most Custom Catalogs will require prior customer registration.
Only an official administrator or manager can set up an account for their school or business with DonnellysClothing.com.
